Job Announcement for Executive Director of NAUI Worldwide and NAUI Services Group (NSG)

Dear NAUI Membership,

The National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI) and NAUI Services Group (NSG) are looking for an Executive Director to join their team.

This is a full-time, on-premises position working from the Worldwide Headquarters in Riverview, Florida. NAUI is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization that provides services worldwide to its members and affiliates through its subsidiary, NSG.

This position functions as the Executive Director for the nonprofit and the service organization, under the direction of their respective boards of directors.

An internal search committee has been formed to select the best candidates. The search committee will present candidates to the respective board of directors for a final selection.

Skills required for the role include:

• 5-10 years in a senior operations or leadership role within the scuba diving industry.
• International relationship management and exceptional communication skills.
• Living NAUI core values: safety, quality training & student-centered learning.
• Business acumen and analytical skills, including strategic planning.
• Organizational vision and ability to leverage team members to accomplish company goals.
• Proven track record of customer service, innovation, and driving sales.
