California Scuba Center Store Manager
Job Description
- Supervise store employees, assist customers, set up work schedule for employees, make executive decisions in absence of owner.
- Provide exceptional customer service. Make every customer experience a memorable and lasting impression experience for our customers.
- Educated or staff and customers about our full line of products including Atomic Aquatics, Oceanic, Zeagle, Hollis, Bare, Shearwater, OTS and more.
- Filling customer tanks and visual inspections.
- Receive, restock, tag, organize, and counting merchandise
- General organization and cleaning of the retail store space
- Fielding customer phone calls and booking travel and courses
- Must be open water certified at a minimum

Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly and social personality
- Great verbal communication skills
- Interest in learning and teaching about dive equipment
- A passions for the diving community!
- A desire to build customer relationships
- Flexible schedule, nights, holidays and weekend availability
- One or more years of Customer Service or Retail Sales experience
- Certified diver is a must!
