California Scuba Center Store Manager

Job Description


  • Supervise store employees, assist customers, set up work schedule for employees, make executive decisions in absence of owner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service. Make every customer experience a memorable and lasting impression experience for our customers.
  • Educated or staff and customers about our full line of products including Atomic Aquatics, Oceanic, Zeagle, Hollis, Bare, Shearwater, OTS and more.
  • Filling customer tanks and visual inspections.
  • Receive, restock, tag, organize, and counting merchandise
  • General organization and cleaning of the retail store space
  • Fielding customer phone calls and booking travel and courses
  • Must be open water certified at a minimum

Requirements

  • Outgoing, friendly and social personality
  • Great verbal communication skills
  • Interest in learning and teaching about dive equipment
  • A passions for the diving community!
  • A desire to build customer relationships
  • Flexible schedule, nights, holidays and weekend availability
  • One or more years of Customer Service or Retail Sales experience
  • Certified diver is a must!
