NAUI Customer Service Representative
$15 an hour

Job Description
This position provides customer support to the clients and customers of NAUI Services Group and NAUI Worldwide, including answering phones calls from customers, maintaining customer accounts, providing timely responses to customer inquiries, and resolving outstanding issues in a satisfactory manner. This is an entry level customer service position. Customer Service Representatives report directly to the Manager of Operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries by phone and/or email
- Provide written responses to customer inquiries
- Research and verify certification records
- Create and/or update customer service profiles
- Receive and process customer orders for phone and online sales
- Provide customer information for NAUI products and services
- Perform office duties related to customer service
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; college experience or degree preferred
- Spanish or Portuguese laungage proficiency
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Efficient keyboarding and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive communication skills and ability to relate well with others
- Previous customer service experience a plus
Working Conditions: Hybrid. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Ability to commute/relocate: Riverview, FL 33579: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
