We receive thousands of responses and review each and every one to help protect NAUI members' hard earned reputation for educational excellence. We appreciate it when a NAUI course graduate takes the time to complete and return a Cares survey. We are fortunate to receive an inordinately high return of surveys distributed, which at times reaches double-digit percentages of total certified divers. (By comparison surveys of a similar nature conducted by other groups only realize an average two to four percent return and consider it exceptional.)
