Dear Member,
The NAUI Cares survey is an important component of NAUI Worldwide's quality assurrance
program. We receive thousands of responses and review each and every one to help
protect NAUI members' hard earned reputation for educational excellence.
We appreciate it when a NAUI course graduate takes the time to complete and return
a Cares survey. We are fortunate to receive an inordinately high return of surveys
distributed, which at times reaches double-digit percentages of total certified
divers. (By comparison surveys of a similar nature conducted by other groups only
realize an average two to four percent return and consider it exceptional.) It is
especially gratifying when a NAUI diver takes extra time to add a complimentary
comment and we are pleased to forward it to you with our sincere appreciation for
and in recognition of your commitment to quality education and diving safety.
