Time for the 2009 “Just Dive” Photo Contest! Grab your camera and hit the water because we want to see how you “Just Dive!” This is a perfect time to plan a dive AND win some incredible prizes!
NAUI is now accepting photo entries from photographers of all ages, skill levels and backgrounds for its third annual “Just Dive” Photo Contest.
Send us your best, most exciting, funniest and favorite underwater moments. You could win great prizes and your photo could be featured on the cover of NAUI’s Sources
Magazine!

2009 “Just Dive” Photo Contest Guidelines:
Eligibility:
Entries are welcome from divers around the world whose pictures represent the “JUST
DIVE®” lifestyle. If the contestant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must
complete and sign the submission and model release form. Management, employees and
families of NAUI Worldwide and its subsidiaries are prohibited from winning any
prizes.

Submission Suggestions:
The six (6) categories for the 2009 “Just Dive” Photo Contest are:
1) Best Overall Capturing the “Just Dive” Lifestyle – show us how much
you love to dive!
2) Best Aquatic Life – show us the locals!
3) Best Diver Shot – show us how you “Just Dive”!
4) Best Dive Site – show us your favorite spot!
5) Best Sense of Humor – after all, diving is all about fun!
6) Best Representation of NAUI Products – you could be featured in the
NAUI catalog!

Funniest, portraits, landscapes, close-up, close encounters, wreck dive, training
dive, pool session, first dive experience, scuba classroom photo, shore dive, boat
dive, cave dive, fresh water dives, unusual dives, surface interval, deco stops,
surface intervals, post-dive activities, etc... |

Image Requirements:
Entries may be black and white or color digital scans or digital camera images.
Scans should be at least 300 dpi. Please keep your file sizes down to no greater
than 1 to 1.5 MB per image (compressed size). Preferred format is JPEG. Please do
not send prints or slides. Should you win and we need higher resolution we will
contact you at that time.

Submission Requirements:
Submit your entry to justdivephotocontest@naui.org or mail to JUST DIVE Photo Contest,
P.O. Box 89789 Tampa, FL 33689. A Contest Submission Form must accompany your submissions.
You may make as many submissions as you wish. If the images include persons the
submission must be accompanied by a Model Release Form for all identifiable individuals
pictured.

Contest Schedule:
Deadline for submission is October 31, 2009. Entries received after
the deadline above will be submitted for the next contest. We reserve the right
to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice. Changes will be posted
on our website. The competition winner will be announced via email on November
13, 2009.

Terms and Conditions:
The act of submitting photos constitutes an agreement that the ownership of materials
transfers to NAUI and that they are free of copyright restrictions and may be published
by NAUI in Sources and any other NAUI media without further
compensation. By entering
you give NAUI the perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the photo in any way, including
but not limited to advertising and promotional use. Submitted photos will not be
returned. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win.
