Why I Am A NAUI Green Diver
Ocean conservation has always been an integral part of my life... even at a young age. As an active NAUI instructor in Seattle, I enjoy sharing the gifts of diving and ocean stewardship with my students.
My Bio
My day job is as a chemical oceanographer and National Academies Postdoctoral Researcher at NOAA’s Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory. I study the chemical response in the oceans to increasing carbon dioxide emissions, called “ocean acidification”. Read my article about ocean acidification in NAUI Sources: https://www.naui.org/GreenDiver/GreenDiverContentDetail.aspx?Id=187&ContentTypeId=2&CategoryId=9
