Disney Dive & Play Promotion Rules and
Guidelines:

Description:
Members placing qualifying orders starting on Monday, August 31st, 2009 of at least
$100 (USD) will be entered into a weekly drawing for a Disney “Dive & Play”
Package until October 26th, 2009. Package includes 4 Disney DiveQuest passes at
Epcot during the week of the Industry Trade Show in Orlando and 4 tickets to a Walt
Disney World Park of your choice in Orlando, FL! (park passes may be used until
February 2010)

Eligibility:
Must be a renewed NAUI Member or CAP enrolled customer of NAUI Services Group. |
|
|
Sponsor:
The sponsor of the Contest is NAUI Services Group, Inc.

How to Enter:
To receive an entry in the weekly drawing for a Disney Dive & Play package,
you must place a qualifying NAUI product and/or registration order. A qualifying
order must total $100 (USD) or more not including applicable sales tax and freight.
Third-party items sold by NSG, membership renewals, insurance premiums, shipping
charges and other fees do not count.

Contest Schedule:
Contest begins on Monday, August 31, 2009 with the first drawing on September 7,
2009. The drawings will occur each Monday until the end of the Contest on October
26, 2009. |

Selection of Winners:
Customers placing qualifying NAUI product orders during the contest from 12:00 mid-night
(ET) Monday until 11:59pm (ET) the following Sunday will be entered into a random
drawing conducted the next day. Drawings are final. The winners will be announced
and notified via email after each drawing until October 26, 2009. |

Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.
Changes will be posted on our website.

Returning Merchandise:
Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. To receive credit, materials
must be returned freight-prepaid within 30 days of invoice date in saleable condition
with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Member Services for
an RMA number and reference it on all boxes and correspondence. Materials returned
without an RMA number or after 30 days of invoice will be subject to a 35% restocking
fee. A 35% restocking fee, plus all shipping and storage charges, will be charged
for any refused COD, or if the carrier is unable to deliver the order. |

(Dives are only available during the week November 1-7, 2009 coinciding with the
Industry Trade Show in Orlando, FL.)

(park passes may be used until February 2010) |
